램랜드는 양고기전문점으로 신선한 양고기 등심을 갈비뼈를 따라 하나하나 잘라낸 삼각갈비는 소고기보다 육질이 연하고 지방이 적어 담백하고 고소한 맛이다. 2년 미만의 새끼 양을 사용하여 특유의 냄새를 없앴다.
